FAQ

Quick answers to common questions.

Can respondents save and continue later?

Not yet. Use one section per page to make long forms easier, and keep forms focused.

Can I edit a form after it is published?

Yes. Edits go into a draft and only go live when you click Publish again. Existing responses keep a link to the version they answered.

Why can’t my condition use a later question?

Conditions can only depend on earlier questions. This keeps forms predictable and prevents circular logic. Move the question earlier, or split your form into sections.

Why was a file rejected even though it has the right extension?

Files are checked by their content. A .pdf that is actually an image or an executable is rejected. Ask the respondent to export a real PDF.

How do I test approval rules?

Use Preview in the builder, submit test answers, and check the decision in the response view. Delete test responses afterwards.

Do respondents need an account?

No. Anyone with the link can respond (unless you add a password).

Where is my data stored?

In the MongoDB database of the deployment you use, encrypted at rest. See Security & privacy.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings → Account and delete your account. All your forms, responses and files are erased.
