Sharing & embedding

Share a link, embed the form on your website, protect it with a password.

Every published form has a link: https://your-domain/f/<id>. Copy it from the Share tab.

Prefill hidden fields

Add query parameters named after hidden questions to track where responses come from:

https://your-domain/f/k3x9m2pq7a?source=newsletter&campaign=spring

Embed on your website

Paste this snippet where the form should appear. The iframe resizes itself automatically:

Control access

In Settings you can:

Stop accepting responses at any time.
Close automatically at a date and time.
Limit the number of responses (e.g. event capacity).
Require a password (Pro).
Require a CAPTCHA to stop bots (when CAPTCHA is configured on your deployment).

After submission

Customize the thank-you message.
Redirect respondents to your own page (Pro).
Show the approval result (see Approval workflows).
