Review answers, filter by decision, download files and export to CSV or JSON.

The responses inbox

The Responses tab lists submissions newest first. Click one to see every answer, uploaded files, the approval decision and score breakdown.

  • Filter by Approved, Rejected or No decision.
  • Delete a response (its files are deleted too).
  • Override an approval decision with a note.

Analytics

The Analytics tab shows responses per day, approval rates, answer distributions for choice questions, averages for numbers and ratings, and the median completion time.

Export

Click Export and choose:

  • CSV — one row per response, one column per question (Label [id]). Repeated answers are joined with |. Cells that look like spreadsheet formulas are escaped to protect you from CSV injection.
  • JSON — the complete data including nested repeatable groups.

Exports are recorded in the audit log.

Data retention

On Pro, set Delete responses after N days in the form settings to automatically remove old data.
